All orders placed are shipped within 24-48 hours assuming your payment was not declined with the exception of Holidays such as Christmas or New Years Eve. We use strictly Canada Post Expedited Parcels. We do not leave items at the Post Office during weekends. This means if you ordered Friday, your tracking number will be available on Sunday evening or Monday during the day.
Timeframe for Expedited Parcels: 1-4 Business days (assuming there are no delays)
We are very sorry that your order is not up to your satisfaction. However, in 99% of cases we do make the situation right. If your order got lost by Canada Post, got damaged in transit while in transit with Canada Post or got misdelivered we advise you to either come into contact with us on the website chat, or email us at info@primeresearch.is
We will ask you to call Canada Post and open up a ticket with them, this is a very important step as it allows us to claim insurance on the loss that has occurred. Once the ticket is place, kindly let us know by email or website chat, and we will reship the item free of charge*.
*If your item was misdelivered and you made a mistake in the address, we reserve the right to bill you for the shipping charges ($15).
While we can understand the frustration of this happening, it is your responsibility to get your package out of the cold in a timely manner. We provide you a tracking number and you can closely follow when the package is delivered.
That being said, it is not an issue. Recent research shows that SARMs are good up until -80 degrees celsius. We have also researched this and found there is no degradation of product if it’s frozen and then thawed, also a quick search on Google shows that frozen product is a non-issue. Let them defrost or microwave them (take the top off first) in 5 second increments until unfrozen and your SARMs will be as good as new.
